to "Die kleine Blume" hotel and restaurant in Erfweiler in the Dahner Felsenland.

Arrival and departure

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access to the room is not possible before 3 pm on the day of arrival, and you must be checked out by 11 am on the day of departure. You must check into reserved rooms by 6 pm at the latest. If you don't, the hotel may dispose of the room unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed. If you cut your stay short, we will charge the full amount for the services which were booked but not used.

Services and prices

The contractual services are derived from the information in the confirmation of reservation. The agreed prices are all-inclusive prices. Any increase in VAT after conclusion of the contract shall be borne by the customer. If more than four months pass between conclusion of the contract and arrival, then the hotel reserves the right to make changes to prices without prior notice. No compensation will be provided for services which are not used. All prices are in EUROS.

Children

Some of our rooms have an additional sofa bed (90 x 200), two of the cat. 3 rooms have a three quarter size sofa bed (140 x 200) our children’s prices for overnight accommodation for your children in a double room with 2 adults, by age bracket, can be found here: The children’s prices apply all year round, for accommodation in the parents’ room, with 2 full-paying adults

Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival.
If the contractual services are not used, the individual guest is required, in agreement with the overnight accommodation contract, to pay:

with breakfast 80 %
for half board 70 %

of the agreed price for the duration of the reservation. The hotel undertakes in good faith to let the unused room to another guest if possible. With the appearance of this price list, all previous price lists cease to apply.
